A wonderful historic building built in the 1800’s and remodeled in the 1930’s. It has an industrial look with a modern flare. Lots of exposed brick and original hardwood floors. It has 4 floors with around 8,000 square feet. It’s the only place in east Texas with a rooftop bar. One Eleven has lots of really cool lounge furniture on the rooftop for everyone to sit back, relax, and enjoy the fabulous view of downtown. It will have fire pits installed and space heaters so that it can be used all year round. For a seated event, it can accommodate 250 people, possibly more, standing room for 500 people, no problem.
