  • Coordinate Meeting Space - including Harvey Convention and Rose Garden Centers.


Publicity PUBLICITY AND PERSONNEL

  • News Releases - Upon request, the TCVB can prepare & send press releases to local media.
  • Photos/Logo/Multi-media Presentations - We’ll provide artwork, pictures, even an emailable promotional movie tailored to your meeting, as pre-convention publicity to help boost the attendance of your meeting. Promotional material such as brochures and maps are available for pre-registration mail-outs as well.
  • Attendance Boosters - promotional material to improve attendance.
  • Registration Assistance - provide volunteer staff for on-site assistance.
  • Opening Ceremony - arrange for local dignitary to give welcoming speech.
